Chester and Pork with Sauerkraut (by Don)


Pork with Sauerkraut

Two jars of Sauerkraut
Three Pounds Pork Shoulder


1) Boil the pork for 40 minutes in enough water to cover the meat
2) Drain, cut up pork and remove bones
3) Add sauerkraut and simmer for 20 minutes

Optional Ingredients: Bacon, Apples and Onions

Serving Suggestions:
Serve over baked or mashed potatoes
